Louise provides services for patients with chronic diseases, as well as disease prevention, health promotion and well women
Many different community nursing professionals are based in Ballyclare Medical Centre, supporting the doctors in providing a multidisciplinary and holistic service to patients. These staff are employed by Northern Health and Social Care Trust and are NOT employed by the practice.
Treatment Room Nurses undertake injections, dressings, ECGs, ear syringing and any investigations eg blood pressure monitoring as requested in advance by the Doctors. They also deal with blood tests and urine tests.
District Nursing provide expert care in your home.
Health Visitors routinely visit mother and babies from 11 days until school age.
Mr Sean Quinn
Sean works closely with the Doctors to ensure that all servies are provided effectively and efficiently. He oversees all aspects of the practice’s activities and organisation. He is responsible for ensuring that the practice continues to develop and improve in all areas and is also responsible for handling complaints
